Disinformation has become a reality that we are starting to face more in our daily lives, especially with the spread of social media. As a matter of fact, it is known that disinformation activities are tools that prepare the ground for psychological operations that aim to direct the society and public opinion. For this reason, when defining social media disinformation, it is necessary to make it clear that the main element that enables the implementation of a psychological operation against a targeted country or group. In this context, this book aims to contribute to the literature in terms of explaining the "struggle" between the United States (USA) and the People's Republic of China (PRC) in terms of social media and disinformation, and how social media platforms can be used in terms of intelligence.
