Intelligence with the Approach of Intellectual Competition and Status Classes During Transforming Information and Communication Eras

Modern intelligence activities are influenced by the development and change of information and communication techniques in the form of their professional execution. On the other hand, intellectual capacity based on knowledge, which is the most important factor that feeds intelligence, has been the biggest weapon for the individual in the society and culture in which anyone lives. Intellectual classes are in direct interaction with information and communication techniques as well as social and cultural conditions. This study will first include the concept of intellectual and the conflict between related status classes, and then touch on the possible periodic changes related to the developing information and communication techniques (technologies) in the process between the modern recent past and the foresseable near future. Based on these points, the study aims to evaluate the intelligence concept of the future by examining the intelligence-oriented intellectual competition in the digital information and communication age.
